MENTORSHIP

It’s just like having a personal coach. Sure you might have hired a coach or mentor to assist with a golf swing, business plan, or physical fitness, but how about finding someone who has had success in the exact area you need to succeed in right now?


HOW DO I START?

Find and connect with a mentor who is best suited to walk, guide, and counsel you through the challenges and issues of your life, and let them show you their solutions that can meet your needs.

Not only will you do it from the convenience of your home, but for a LOT less than conventional counseling or therapy will cost.

ANGER

Anger usually happens when you experience some type of injustice. This experience can make you feel threatened, trapped, and unable to defend yourself. Many people think of anger as a negative thing, but it’s a normal emotion that can help you know when a situation has become toxic trapped and like you must defend yourself. Anger can be a very negative thing, but when we learn about ourselves, what causes that emotion in us and the tools to work through it, we can help teach ourselves and others what to avoid so we can stop living in such a toxic way.

Fear

It will come from only 1 thing in your life;  A Future Threat. A threat that you’re going to get something you DO NOT want, OR the threat that you’re NOT going to get something you DO want.

Either way, it’s learning how to perceive what reality may happen, and not be paralyzed by what you can’t control.

Sadness

Everyone feels sad from time to time. It is natural. But it is not natural to not know why, or not to come out of sadness over time. That is why we learn about the tools that bring us hope.

Disgust

When people, places or things leave you feeling unpleasant or bitter.

Like anger, when we’ve learned about ourselves & the tools we can use, we can use disgust to protect us from things that can be negative in our lives.

Heartbroken

Its a deep pain in your chest that makes you choke on your words and tears fall from you eyes. It’s knowing that even though people want you around, you’re too scared to even give someone else a chance.

It’s believing that even though people want you around, you may not be worthy enough or are too scared to let others in again.

ANXIETY

Being worried all the time, and seeing that everything makes you feel uneasy, or troubled.
Todays culture, politics, social media, and entertainment make it seem like it WANTS us to live in continuous anxiety, but that was not how we are designed.
