Continuing on the topic of eyes…Proverb 7 tells us to guard His teachings like we would the most sensitive part of our body: Our eyes.

Naturally, without any thought, our eyes will instinctually blink every time, and anytime, at any perceived threat. That is because it is the most sensitive part of our body…which is exactly the same way God believes about guarding HIS Teachings

GOD or HIS WORD need no protection by us, but His teachings in our lives DO!

The world and the enemy will do all it can to destroy it, so it should be guarded! 

And we NEED to do that, because to do that, is to live!
