Garbage In – Garbage Out
The famous saying ‘Garbage In, Garbage Out‘ has really proven to define our global culture today.
- The Entertainment industry – Where Violent, Sexual and Immoral behavior is the norm in music, television and movies.
- The News Corporations – Where ‘If it bleeds, it leads.’ is only as bad as the obvious Lies that infect broadcast.
- The Social Media Platforms – Where a part of the ‘Communications Decency Act’ of 1996 called; Section 230, removes liability of what anyone posts on their sites. So they censor what they don’t like, and hide behind this law for what they DO like.
- The Music Industry – The mock performance of a sexual union, on stage, in an awards shows, in prime time, is only beat by the recent Satan worship song by a person that identifies as a different sex than they were born with.
Like a sickness, this Garbage has infected the culture so much by influencing thought, behavior and ideology while at the same time, pushing a life of faith further and further away from the accepted mainstream behavior it once was considered.
Through this transformation, the way people, all people, be them stranger, friends, or even family members,
– Relate to each other,
– Respect each other, or even
– React to each other,
Can be shown first by how they first speak to each other.
☆ And the tongue is a fire, a world of unrighteousness. The tongue is set among our members, staining the whole body, setting on fire the entire course of life, and set on fire by hell.

It is sad that most people don’t take into consideration that the garbage they take,
Goes in through the eyes and ears, then it
Penetrates right into the heart, then
Travels up, like a cancer into the brains, and then
Like the disease it is, it gets
Spewed out of the mouth.
The more society ingests the culturally accepted entertainment via premarital sex, divorce, violence and sex on TV, in Movies, through music or in video games, why would we be surprised that their is more abortion, teen angst, and sexual violence and drug abuse in the real world?
Does the medium platform cause the actions,
or do actions spawn a demand to create the media?
Causation or Correlation…WHO CARES?
When you get one, you get the other, because it is garbage in, garbage out.

This message is a reminder for the Christian.
It is easy to fall prey to the current events, political drama, exciting entertainment, unlimited information, and the social media networking.
Sadly, and most often subtly, the Christ like mindset is diminished, if not just tossed aside, as the engagement within the medium is prolonged.
The more we relax our faithful behavior, the more it allows the enemy easier access to our minds.
Cutting corners over time, makes a square a circle.
It is so easy for the change to happen, and it can be so imperceptible to the one who is changing. So that before long, they are completely numb to their behaviors.
They still ‘call themselves’ Christians, but don’t even realize today they’ve become
- Bitter
- Vulgar
- Toxic
- Unforgiving
- Judgmental
- Lustful
- Dishonest
They’ve gradually become used to it, it is how they ‘naturally’ are now, and do not see it as sin.
☆ The Spirit clearly says that in later times some will abandon the faith and follow deceiving spirits and things taught by demons. Such teachings come through hypocritical liars, whose consciences have been seared as with a hot iron.
• 1 Timothy 4:1-2
The world is corrupt.
We are ALL sinners.
That makes it a very difficult combination.
Because we all have give up, to beat it…we have to surrender to win.
But that is the point.
We have to recognize it, to let go of it, so we can give it up.
Because WE can’t do it.
It is only through the power of the grace of God that we can.
Consider this;
Why don’t we all make everything we say, no matter the situation is, be the type of speech that would lift others up.
Be the kind of speech as we would want to be lifted up with.
Let us live, in obedience, by GIVING in our communication.
So that every time we speak, we leave the conversation having left a gift of Grace and Love.
☆ Let no corrupting talk come out of your mouths, but only such as is good for building up, as fits the occasion, that it may give grace to those who hear.
• Ephesians 4:29
Because whether it is at the top of our minds or not,
garbage in, garbage out is a reality.
And we are accountable for our words, behaviors and actions.
- We are to Love.
- We are to Forgive.
- We are to Make Disciples
- We are to Show Compassion.
- We are to Treat Others, As We Would Choose To Be Treated
We are to be accountable one to another, as we will ALL answer one day for everything.

So let’s not live in the disease of garbage in, garbage out.
Let’s instead live in the release of THE GOOD BOOK IN, THE GOOD BOOK OUT.
Let us be taking in HIS WORD, so all that comes out of us is HIS LOVE.
So others can see what has come into us to completely transform us, by what is coming out of us to shine HIS Love all over.
